Do over.

So up until now my blog has been a place to make fun of some of the, um - there isn't a nice way to say it, idiots in my life. But recently I have decided to try to be more positive; try to be a better person. So that means I can't do mean blog posts anymore! Gosh dang it! I mean, I suppose I still could but it would be very counterproductive. So I am going to try to have a "normal" blog, but the thing is our lives aren't really that interesting. I'm not really that funny. I don't know if I can hack it as a non-mean blogger! I guess we'll see. So, here goes with a "real/normal blog post"...

James went to a private LDS school called Liahona Preparatory Academy. It is a great school, with a great environment. He thrived there. He was asked to speak at his graduation. They had 5 speakers, and he was the first. He had prepared some notes, but didn't use them at all. Afterward he had told us the Spirit had cleared his mind and he knew exactly what he was to say. He shared his Testimony. He said kind words about our wonderful mother. He is a great speaker & I am so proud of him! He did it! He graduated. Against all odds he succeeded. He tried, did his best, and overcame every obstacle Satan & anyone else could throw at him. He is my hero.

Kyle went to Rocky Mountain High School & was the Salutatorian. He is an amazing student & person. We are so proud of him. As the Salutatorian he got to speak for about 10 minutes. He did great! He wasn't nervous at all [or if he was, it didn't show]. He was hilarious. He had everyone laughing out loud. He was uplifting and inspiring and it was very apparent that everyone in his class looks up to & admires him. I admire him. He is an outstanding young man who always strives to choose the right. He sets an example that even his older brothers follow. He is a great young man & I am so lucky to be able to call him my brother.

We love you both & are so proud of you. We can't wait to see where your lives take you next.
