Grillin' in the Summer!

I love Summertime! It smells good outside. The sun is out. The flowers are pretty. And we get to cook on the grill! That really is the best part about Summer. You see, we have to focus on the good parts of Summer when our good ol' Wyomin' weather skips Spring all together. Last Monday it snowed! Yeah, that's right - it was in the 30's & snowing. Now, one week later it's 92 degrees outside! So it's time to welcome Summer in & let the grilling begin [I realize I rhymed, I'm cool like that]! We have been grilling every day since last Thursday & we plan to grill until Wyoming brings on the Winter [we expect Fall to be skipped]. Reese cooks, which gives me time off, & the food is absolutely delicious. I love it. Tonight we had Hobo Dinners - they are one of our favorites. So easy & so good. Carrots, potatoes, onions, & beef!

Anyway, just wanted to make the world jealous of our delicious dinner tonight!
